They’re great! Sunday morning I was getting ready to leave and the spring broke on my door. I called and talked to a real person not a voice message. Within one hour the person was there fixing my door. Great job and thanks.

I actually did not use O'Neill's Overhead Doors, but wish I had. I called another company with a full page advertisement who appeared to be reputable. They came and fixed the problem, I paid them and they left. A few hours later, I had the opportunity to review the work they performed. Much to my surprise, the panel they replaced did not match the rest of my door. I called and was told that it was not available any longer, but the one that was installed was as close as could be matched. Not satisfied with the service or answers I was given, I called O'Neill's Overhead Doors who after I had hired the other guys, found out that a couple of my co-workers had used and were very pleased with their service. A friendly young lady took my call and transferred me to the manager. This gentleman actually came out to identify the manufacturer of my door and advised me it was still available. All this and he did not charge me a dime. After speaking with him, I also found out the company I hired was not licensed. This has been a painful lesson, but I will be sure to use and recommend O'Neill's Overhead Doors the next time.
